Rev. Bruce Mason is the President and Executive Director of Glens Falls NY-based Healing Spring Christian Ministries, which he co-founded with his wife Shay in 2012. He was ordained to the Episcopal priesthood in 2007, and from 2007-2011 Bruce served as Rector of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Lake Luzerne, NY.

In 1998, Bruce was dramatically healed by God of a life-threatening illness (read his testimony here). As a result, Bruce is a passionate believer in the healing power of Jesus Christ. Bruce and Shay have dedicated their lives to pouring out the love of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit so that people may truly know and experience God and receive the salvation, healing and life that comes only through Him. They long to see the church healed, empowered, equipped and unified in order to effectively respond to Jesus' call to fulfill the Great Commission and proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom. It is their passion to help Christians come to know and embrace their true identity as sons and daughters of a loving Father.

Bruce and Shay (and their kids) are regular travelers to Madagascar, where they minister at the Iris Ministries base in the capital of Antananarivo. They also partner in ministry with the Anglican Diocese of Toliara.

Bruce received an MA in Evangelical and Charismatic Studies through the University of Birmingham, UK. Previously, he received a Bth in Theology (M.Div. equivalent) from Oxford University, UK (Wycliffe Hall), as well as an MA in Political Management from George Washington University in Washington, DC. He earned a BA in English from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY.

Bruce and his wife Shay live in Queensbury, NY, and have two children, daughter Abigail (17) and son Avery (15). Shay formerly served as the Executive Director of the Glens Falls Symphony. She also spent many years as a Congressional staffer, working in both DC and New York, and currently enjoys freelance writing.
